Help the Morrison Family

Hello everyone! My name is Heidi and along with other Rett Mom’s that love this family, we are raising money to help our very good friends Lonnie and Sarah Morrison.

If you don't know the Morrisons, you will at some point. They are a very special and loved Rett Family in need of some love and support right now. They introduced and started the adaptive toys program in our community and through IRSF. They are a family that always steps up to help others and will be the first to be there or reach out when a family is in need. Their daughter, Savy is one of our girls and they also have an eight year old son, Little Lonnie.

On Saturday, March 16, Lonnie Morrison was involved in a roll over accident in his truck and trailer and unfortunately broke his C-Spine and today went into surgery to fuse two vertebrae back together. It will be a long recovery with a lot of hospital bills. On top of that, he won't be able to work for months which leaves Sarah and her teaching job to not only hold down the fort, but at the same time being caregiver to Lonnie as well as still being a super Rett Mom to Savy. Lonnie is an amazing, loving husband and father. He is completely dedicated to providing for his family financially and emotionally. This will be a tough recovery for him, so we need to alleviate some of the financial strain for them.

This family needs some love from all of us, and anything you can share will help. Money raised will help go towards their impending hospital bills and running the household while Lonnie recovers.
