I’m Claude, founder of EmpowerVan. I’m raising funds to keep our EmpowerVan project rolling across Greece, bringing empowerment and self-defense skills directly to displaced women and girls living in shelters and refugee camps, because All I want for Christmas is Gender Justice!

Why this matters is simple:

Safety, dignity, and confidence should never depend on where you were born or what you’ve fled. Too many women and girls in isolated camps face daily harassment and violence with little access to support.

EmpowerVan brings trauma-informed, evidence-based Empowerment Self-Defense right to their doorsteps, giving them tools to set boundaries, protect themselves, and regain control of their lives.

I’m raising funds to keep the EmpowerVan rolling in 2026. We need a total of CHF 17.000 for our Greek Project in 2026: covering fuel, van maintenance, instructor hours, workshop materials, travel, admin and a full-time program manager on the ground in Greece.

Every contribution helps us bring empowerment and gender justice to places where it’s needed most.
