The Mission , My name is Lafrance, and this mission is deeply personal. As a youth navigating through the justice systems without consistent guidance, I had to learn to navigate life early on my own. I know the weight of being overlooked—but I also know the power of a real second chance.

On my journey, I discovered cooking. What started as an interest became a lifeline. It taught me patience and intentionality. I realized culinary skills are essential life skills—teaching responsibility, discipline, and independence. For many young people, learning to prepare a meal is about meeting basic needs, building confidence, and developing a sense of purpose.

The Vision, I am establishing a restaurant that operates as both a business and a structured training environment for at-risk youth. This space provides hands-on experience and mentorship, helping young people realize their past does not define their future. This is not simply about food; it is about purpose.

Program Focus Participants will develop skills in:
