Hi! We are Liv and Niamh , about to start our journey volunteering across Sri Lanka, India, and Nepal this summer, supporting women’s education and empowerment through IVHQ’s programs.

we’ll be teaching English, maths, business basics, and life skills, as well as helping with community outreach and local NGOs.

Last year we volunteered in Tanzania with Tupendane Africa Foundation (photos included) and I’m continuing that work now in South Asia.

We’ve funded our travel and volunteer fees ourselves — now we’re raising money for:

• Workshop & teaching materials

• Transport to rural communities

• Help maintain the placement itself (e.g. water filters, sanitary supplies, and safe infrastructure)

• Support for small, under-resourced NGOs
