In Somaliland, too many children go without education, too many women lack the skills to provide for their families, and too many communities struggle with hunger and water scarcity. Risiq-Wadaag Charity Organization (RWCO) is on a mission to change that.

Founded in 2021 by Fardosa M. Farah, RWCO is a grassroots organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education, skill development, and humanitarian aid. Our programs provide free education for orphans and underprivileged children, empower women with vocational skills, and distribute food and clean water to those in desperate need.

Educating the Next Generation

At Darul Muhsinat, our community school, we provide free education for 60 children every morning. In the afternoons, 45 women attend literacy and life skills classes to gain the tools they need to build a better future.Follow us

Empowering Women Through Skills Training

We believe economic empowerment is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our training programs teach tailoring, hairdressing, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and more, giving women the skills they need to earn a living and support their families.

Providing Clean Water & Fighting Hunger

Water scarcity is a major issue in Somaliland. RWCO distributes clean drinking water to vulnerable communities while also operating food distribution programs, providing hot meals and dry food for those most in need, especially during Ramadan.
