March is the month where many of us celebrate the successes and sacrifices of women, and I feel inspired to create a piece of public art in downtown Rincón that honors the beautiful women in our flourishing community.

Rincón is filled with passionate businesswomen, strong mothers, and beautiful individuals that help guide us with intention and sustainable living. We have educators, scientists, entrepreneurs, talented creatives, and more that work together to create a community that thrives.

For many months, I have been visited by my muse whispering to me the power that could come from this project, and I have an overwhelming feeling that I need to bring it to life... for all of us.

Public art plays a vital role in shaping communities, supporting artists, and strengthening the creative community. By highlighting the power of the female connection, we can shape a culture that celebrates and values women.

I am seeking financial support for materials as well as funds to create a run of T-shirts to honor the project and spread love and appreciation for women everywhere, but especially our ladies of Rincón. These shirts will be sold to help raise funds for future murals.

I would also like to invite local ladies to collaborate and help with this mural- through reference photoshoots, styling as well s physical help with the mural, I would like to make this a community effort. A piece of art that we can all feel a sense of ownership for. Something that represents us all.
