We are students from Loma Linda University, School of Public Health working towards our Masters in Health Education and Wellness Coaching.

As part of our program, we have been given the opportunity to work with a special population of foster adolescents. These individuals have been through many challenging circumstances, and they need our support and encouragement to thrive. We are deeply engaged in a unique and meaningful mission of creating a community health education program and we need your help.

Our project involves developing and delivering a unique program designed and dedicated to the community of foster adolescents we are working with. Our goal is to educate them on the health topic of teen stress, but more so than this we want to inspire and empower them to know they can make a difference in their own lives and the lives of those around them. To achieve this, we plan to offer engaging elements such as nutritious food, exciting prizes, and educational materials in our health education program.

To bring this to life, we need your help. We are seeking funds to help support the following:

Nutritious food: We want to provide food which encourages healthier snacking habits during our program sessions.

Engaging prizes: To motivate and encourage participation we plan to offer prizes. These prizes are also a great tool for positive reinforcement while also bringing joy and fun to our activities.

Educational materials: Quality learning requires good resources. Your contributions will help us to acquire the materials needed to create an effective and impactful learning environment.
