My name is Tony Shuker, Founder of Empowering Courage, and I’m embarking on a mission to change lives. Mental health affects us all, yet too many suffer in silence due to stigma, fear, and lack of support. It’s time to break that silence.

On the 22nd June 2025, I will ride 4,380 km from Darwin to the Gold Coast over 30 days to raise $2 million for mental health awareness, education, and support services.

Every push of the pedal is a statement.
