CCSG™ is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 39-2934679), registered in Florida with FDACS-10110 approval to solicit donations, where all directors and group members are residents of the Fleet Landing CCRC community.

We are conducting our trademark fundraising campaigns to support community competitions in amateur sports, academic achievement, artistic performance, and peer-to-peer charitable initiatives.

Group members collaborate to define funding priorities, build strong donor relationships, evaluate grant candidates, shape media outreach, and contribute legal, financial, technical, and governance expertise.
