Empowering Communities with RGI

Ridgeway Global Incorporated (RGI) was born from a deep desire to bring hope and stability to those who need it most. Our journey began with hands-on volunteering, where we saw firsthand how safe, affordable housing can transform lives. But we also witnessed the gaps—families left waiting, communities lacking resources, and vulnerable people at risk due to outdated systems. These experiences inspired us to create RGI, an organization dedicated to building more than just homes. We’re building communities where support, opportunity, and belonging are woven together for everyone.

RGI’s impact reaches a wide range of people: low-income families, veterans, single parents, disabled individuals, and youth seeking a fresh start. We’ve helped families move from unstable housing to safe shelter, provided job opportunities, and offered essentials like food, clothing, and transportation. Our team has supported battered women’s homes, delivered credit counseling, and helped individuals turn their hobbies into new sources of income. One family, found squatting with two young children, received emergency shelter, job placement, and clothing for a new beginning—all thanks to the generosity of our community partners.

With your support, RGI will build energy-efficient homes for those in need, equip students with vocational toolkits and scholarships, and transform vacant land into vibrant community spaces. Our approach is unique because we bring together people from all walks of life—families, entrepreneurs, faith leaders, and local businesses—to create lasting change. In just one year, we aim to lift hundreds of families out of housing insecurity, create new jobs, and activate unused land for the benefit of the entire community.
