We believe in building brighter futures for vulnerable youth and providing hope and care for heroes facing life-altering challenges.

The Tempus Community Project (TCP) & Tempus Group Villages are groundbreaking initiatives with two powerful missions:

Our Vision for Vulnerable Youth:

In communities across the UK, many young people face limited opportunities and lack safe spaces to grow, learn and thrive. Tempus Community Projects is changing that narrative.

Through the creation of sports and mentorship hubs, we’re providing young people with:

Safe Spaces: Modern sports pitches, learning areas and communal spaces designed to foster connection and belonging.

Mentorship by Elite Athletes: British athletes and elite sports professionals, many of whom grew up in similar communities, serve as role models and mentors. They share their stories of resilience, success and determination, inspiring the next generation to dream bigger and reach higher.

Skill Development & Life-Changing Opportunities: Through structured programs and interactive sessions, young participants gain not only athletic skills but also life skills like leadership, teamwork and perseverance.

These hubs will serve as beacons of hope, empowering young people to overcome challenges, build confidence and shape brighter futures.

Our Vision for Heroes in Need:

The same spirit of care and community extends to a second, vital mission: supporting former athletes and military personnel who’ve dedicated their lives to excellence and service but now face the challenges of neurodegenerative conditions like Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and Early Onset Dementia (EOD).

The Tempus Village will provide:

A Safe and Supportive Residential Community: Tailored care in an environment where former athletes and military personnel can live with dignity and purpose.

Therapeutic Programmes & Specialised Care: Designed to enhance quality of life, celebrate their contributions and honour their legacies.

A Place to Thrive: More than just a care facility, this is a village where residents can connect, heal and continue to inspire others through their stories.
