The Trenches Global Impact Center is dedicated to equipping youth with essential skills in sewing, videography, and content editing, preparing them to thrive in creative industries. We will offer 12 “free” classes for youth 13 & older.

After completing their 12 hands-on “free”classes, the talented youth will have the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity and craftsmanship in a fashion show the Sunday after the final class.

This event will feature the stunning clothing designs made by the students, highlighting their journey and growth throughout the program.

Armon Rashod is a visionary fashion designer, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to empowering inner-city youth through creativity, skill-building, and violence prevention. As the founder of The Trenches Global Impact Center and CEO of The Trenches Global, he has built a movement that merges fashion, media, and mentorship to provide young people with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

With a background in fashion design and creative arts, Armon understands the power of self-expression and entrepreneurship in breaking cycles of poverty and violence. Through The Trenches Global Impact Center, he equips youth with hands-on skills in sewing, videography, jewelry making, and graphic design, helping them turn their passions into sustainable careers.

Kenn Collier Sr. – Co-Founder of The Trenches Global Impact Center

Kenn Collier Sr. is a dedicated community leader, entrepreneur, and co-founder of The Trenches Global Impact Center, an organization committed to empowering inner-city youth through creative arts, skill-building, and violence prevention. With a passion for mentorship and a deep understanding of the challenges facing young people today, Kenn works tirelessly to provide opportunities that inspire growth, resilience, and success.

His mission took on even greater urgency after the tragic loss of his son, Kenn Collier Jr., to gun violence—a heartbreaking event that strengthened his resolve to combat youth violence and create safe spaces for personal and artistic development. Through The Trenches Global Impact Center, Kenn helps young people gain skills in fashion design, videography, jewelry making, and graphic design, ensuring they have the tools to turn their creativity into sustainable careers.

Beyond his work with The Trenches, Kenn is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, community unity, and economic empowerment, believing that real change starts with equipping the next generation with both knowledge and opportunity. His leadership and dedication continue to inspire a movement of transformation, proving that from the trenches, greatness can emerge.

Motivated by the devastating effects of gun violence, including the loss of his business partner Kenn Collier Sr.’s son, Armon has expanded The Trenches Global mission to include media and storytelling, using The Hustle of Art, a long-form content platform, to amplify voices and narratives that inspire change.

Armon’s work is rooted in the belief that from struggle comes strength, and he is committed to transforming communities by giving young people the tools to rise above their circumstances and create lasting impact.
