But for too many women, youth, and families in Denver, it is.

HerGrindTime was created from lived experience — from a woman who faced instability, survived it, and turned her pain into purpose. Today, HerGrindTime is a safe space for families experiencing housing challenges, financial hardship, food insecurity, trauma, and emotional overwhelm.

We are launching the HerGrindTime Youth & Family Support Fund to help families who are struggling right now.

Your support will:

Provide food and grocery support

Supply youth “stability kits” with journals, hygiene items, and wellness tools

Cover bus passes, school supplies, and emergency needs

Support weekly youth and women’s support groups

Offer emotional healing circles and stability coaching

Connect families to community resources and crisis support

Our new Youth Stability & Empowerment Group (ages 12–18) gives teens a safe place to talk, learn coping skills, build confidence, and find support during some of the hardest moments in their lives.

These young people deserve stability.

These mothers deserve support.

These families deserve hope.
