At the Thomas Mentor Leadership Academy (TMLA), we’re more than just an organization—we’re a community committed to guiding young men to success. Located in Durham, North Carolina, TMLA provides mentorship, education, and life skills training to young males between the ages of 9 and 18, particularly those raised by single parents, grandparents, or legal guardians.

Every day, we work to ensure that the next generation of leaders has the tools they need to succeed—whether that’s excelling academically, developing strong character, or learning essential life skills. But we can’t do it alone. We need your support to continue providing these critical services.
