Hello, I am Bernadette Feazell, from Waco, Texas, I am raising money for other people's filing fees in Court in McLennan County to Remove An Elected Official under House Bill 2715 which is a new law in which a person can call for and remove an elected official that is either corrupt, incompetent, or in the case of Waco, Texas, not doing things they should for people without money and bending over backward for the wealthy. We have TWO of these Petitions filed, so far, and expect to have more if we can raise the money for the filing fee which is $362.00 for each one. Yes, we could file a Pauper's Oath and fill out some very invasive questions, however, the people who are using this, "The People's Veto", have already been through enough and an invasive questionnaire letting them know how little you have is something else they don't need. Please consider contributing whatever you can and anonymously is great, as Public Officials in Texas are prone to retaliate against people. Please help us change a very, very corrupt place by using this People's Veto to give poor people a voice in the courthouse. Thank you very much. Every dollar will help and go to the filings.
