CWEN is an Uganda organization created by and for Women Entrepreneurs, mainly producing Food and Personal Care items. The products and their packaging are manufactured at an amazingly high quality and professionalism, considering that the tools and equipment they have are simple and low tech. The aim of this funding is to support high potential women entrepreneurs, by providing funds that will allow them to purchase additional equipment with a slightly higher capacity and sophistication, so they can gain even more shelf space in leading local and regional stores. Strengthening the shared power of these incredible women entrepreneurs, through an improved co-shared processing and production facility, is a small but practical and worthy case.
