Hi, Im Lara. My goal is to cycle 900km in 6 days, from Avoca Beach to Byron Bay. I'm trying to raise $5000 to build a well in Zimbabwe.

The well will provide fresh water for 500 people. By providing safe access to clean water the women will not only see improved health and safety, they will also then be able to spend time making hand-woven baskets - baskets which are then sold by the Tsitsi charity (Tsitsi.org). Tsitisi empowers local women to earn money to fund basic needs like their children's education.

100% of the proceeds will go building the well. That's why I chose this charity.
