From surviving to thriving.
A multitude of homeless youth and orphans are forced out of their homes due to circumstances beyond their control such as:
- Family breakdown due to divorce or separation
- Loss of parents or caregivers who were the primary household providers
- Loss of employment due to reduction in workforce
- Accidents or serious illness such as cancer or HIV
- Early exposure to sex, rape, or sexual assault
Who we are
Bawo ni (hello)! ShapeSkills Foundation is a registered 501 (c)(3) and was created to provide homeless youth and orphans the opportunity to learn culinary skills, entrepreneurship, information technology (IT), communication enhancement, and customer service skills.
Our staff consists of volunteers and military veterans who are passionate about paying it forward in life.
Nothing is impossible.
The goal for 2026 is to procure a shelter to house 20 students, a recreation center, and an upgraded learning center that will increase maximum student capacity from 45 to 100.
All donations support student school supplies, uniforms, hygiene supplies, ingredients, cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, media equipment for student & staff use, shelter furnishing, recreation center furnishing, and upgraded learning center furnishing.
