Empower Sports: Building an Inclusive Facility

Hi, my name is Sam Kiningham, and I’ve spent the last 25 years working with kids and adults with special needs. I’ve dedicated my life to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to thrive through sports and fitness.

Now, I’m taking my mission to the next level by building a dedicated facility for Empower Sports Network—a nonprofit organization that provides competitive sports, fitness programs, and employment opportunities for adaptive athletes.

But I can’t do it alone.

I’m raising $150,000 to open a fully inclusive sports and fitness facility where individuals of all abilities can train, compete, and belong. This space will not only offer adaptive sports programs, but also provide meaningful employment and internship opportunities for people with special needs.
