Hiii!!

I’m currently volunteering in Tanzania with the Ilula Orphan Program (IOP), and it’s been such a meaningful experience. I’m working closely with young single mothers and orphaned children here, and I wanted to share a little about what we’re doing.

There’s a program under IOP that helps young moms who are raising their kids with almost no support. Without this help, a lot of these families end up in really tough situations. I’ve been spending time with these women—supporting them through advice and helping them build their small businesses so they can create more stability for themselves and their kids.

I’m also raising money to support the orphaned children. For the kids, I’d love to get them gifts and games—just little things that bring them joy, like the kind of surprises many kids get from their parents.
