We are a local, grassroots youth collective that is fundraising for the 5th Annual Santa Barbara School Supply Drive open to all K-12 local youth that will take place on August 16th, 2025 at Ortega Park from 11-2pm/ while supplies last.

For our sixth annual year, our goal is to raise $4,000 for school supplies to give back to the youth. Your contribution will go towards an abundance of school supplies such as: backpacks, notebooks, binders, planners, pencils, pens, highlighters, folders, sticky notes, crayons, colored pencils, etc.

Materials will be distributed to youth and their families on Saturday August 16th, at Ortega Park from 11-2pm/ until supplies last. We plan to create an empowering space that day, in collaboration with the Ortega Park Steering Committee, that will encourage youth through art workshops, youth activities, entertainment, and more! In addition, we will be hosting the Turning Wheel Project Bus (AKA the "Barrio Bus") visiting from Ortega Park's sister territory, Chicano Park, located in San Diego, Califas.
