Help Keep GSC Community Gardens Growing
Peace, my name is O’Brennan Moss, also known as Obafemi Kinsiedilele, and I’m the founder of GSC Community Gardens in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. I’m a certified Master Gardener, grant writer, and lifelong advocate for community wellness, food justice, and self-sufficiency.
For years, I’ve been teaching families and young people how to grow their own food, reconnect with the land, and build healthier communities. GSC Gardens is a movement—dedicated to empowering people with the knowledge, tools, and opportunities to feed themselves, their families, and their neighbors.
Even though we are a for-profit business that transitioned from a community garden, we maintain a strong community focus, dedicating our time, energy, and resources to education and supporting local families.
Right now, I’m raising funds to bring GSC Gardens back into good standing so we can expand programming, partner with local schools and churches, and launch new community garden projects. Specifically, we need $1,101.09 to cover our franchise tax, which is essential to keep GSC Gardens officially registered and operational.
Your support will help us:
Re-establish GSC Gardens’ business operations
Purchase seeds, soil, and garden supplies
Host workshops and provide consulting for local organizations
Expand our reach so more families can benefit
By donating, you’re helping an entire community gain the skills and confidence to grow food, live healthier, and become more self-reliant.
Every seed planted is a step toward a stronger, healthier future. Your support makes that possible.
