SHE By Shira Doula Services LLC is dedicated to supporting marginalized mothers and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We see firsthand the challenges families face—especially in Georgia, which is currently ranked last in the nation for birth safety. Many families are forced to navigate these critical moments alone or without the resources they need, simply because of financial barriers.

Our mission is to change that. Every donation, no matter the amount, goes directly toward providing evidence-based childbirth education, continuous and compassionate labor support, and ongoing postpartum care. Recently, we had the privilege of supporting a mother whose husband was deployed with the military. Far from her family and facing her first birth alone, she found strength and confidence through our support. We walked alongside her every step of the way, brought her husband in virtually, and empowered her to advocate for herself and make informed decisions about her birth experience.
