My name is Marissa Brown, Melvin was my amazing Brother-in-law. I am working to raise money for my two nephews, Melvin and Ashley's sons.

To know Melvin, was to love Melvin.

Melvin left our world far too soon. He was a brother, a son, a teammate, a coach, a mentor, but most of all, he was a father, and a damn good one at that. Melvin and Ashley have two beautiful, intelligent, strong and silly sons. We are raising money for them, for their future, for their worries and their successes. Melvin would give the shirt off his back to literally anyone if it meant he could help someone’s day. Whether it was making someone smile at the ticket line in Disney, or coming to his families rescue at the drop of a hat. Melvin was there. Help us be there for his children now.

Melvin was our warrior, our hero, our brother.
