On A Mission Thrift in Pleasantville is an incredible non-profit thrift store dedicated to serving individuals and families in need in our community. Genine Martin lovingly founded On A Mission over 15 years ago to support our local community through affordable goods, mission-driven and parole / probation programs, helping people rebuild with dignity, funded by store sales.

This fundraiser directly supports On A Mission Thrift and will greatly impact the people and programs that rely on their steadfast operation.

Recently the Mission has suffered terrible damage when a water main broke and flooded the store. The funds raised will go toward water clean-up, removing damaged items, making necessary repairs, and covering the cost of getting the thrift store prepared to reopen and serve the community. While they tackle these projects, regular progress updates with be posted, to keep you informed.

Genine has always been exceedingly generous with her time, friendship, and support of the community. Over the years, families, veterans, and even other non-profits have turned to her when no one else could help. She never says no. From clothing to fully furnishing homes, she has been a lifeline. Now in her time of need your solidarity is instrumental in rebuilding this anchor of our community.
