Dear friends and supporters,

We are reaching out to you today to support Centro Cultural Guanin, an incredible organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the La Piedra Community. La Piedra is located just outside Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. In their own words, Guanin is a "global nonprofit and community development platform dedicated to building resilient, self-sustaining rural communities."

This August, Guanin is putting on a kids' summer camp. The camp seeks to focus on community education and development. During August, Guanin will also continue to run community health clinics, where a large quantity of the 6,000-person community comes in for treatment and is met with exceptional care by the team of nurses and doctors. The list of expenses for the camp includes school supplies, staffing, food, sneakers, and more. Additional funds raised will help the clinic to purchase medical supplies.
