Our Story

Unique Houz LLC was created with one mission: to build stronger people and stronger communities through health, wellness, and connection.

What started as personal training and small group fitness quickly grew into something much bigger. Over the years, we’ve hosted fitness programs, wellness events, corporate health initiatives, and community experiences across Houston—always focused on bringing people together in meaningful ways.

In January 2025, we launched our most powerful program yet:

Unique Athletes Training Center – Houston

What began as a small youth training program has grown to 85+ active athletes in just months. These young athletes are not only training for sport—they are learning discipline, confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Parents, families, and coaches have come together to create something truly special.

The Big Dream

We have the opportunity to open a permanent home for Unique Athletes in Houston, TX 77076

This 4,900-square-foot facility will allow us to bring everything under one roof:

Youth gymnastics & tumbling

Competitive athlete training

Fitness classes for all ages

Senior wellness programs (65+)

Recovery services (stretch, compression, cold plunge, sauna)

Camps, homeschool programs & community events

This space will become a true community hub—a place where kids grow, families connect, and wellness is accessible to everyone.

Why We Need Your Help

We have secured extremely favorable lease terms on this building, but we need help funding the buildout and launch.

Where Your Support Goes (Step by Step)

Milestone 1: Secure Our Permanent Facility

This covers:

First month’s rent

Security deposit

This step allows us to officially take possession of our permanent location. Without this, nothing else can move forward.

️ Milestone 2: Gymnastics Facility Insurance

$4,000 (Annual Coverage)

This is required to:

Operate legally

Protect athletes, families, and staff

Begin installing equipment

Safety is our top priority, and insurance is a non-negotiable step before operations begin.

Milestone 3: Equipment for the Facility

$58,000

⏳ 4–6 week delivery timeline

This includes:

Regulation gymnastics equipment

Safety-certified apparatus

Permanent training installations

Once ordered, equipment takes several weeks to manufacture and deliver—so early funding here is critical to opening on schedule.

Renovations will:

Improve flooring and safety

Optimize the layout for athletes

Create a welcoming space for families

The gym can be functional while renovations are completed, allowing us to serve athletes sooner.
