Hi, my name is Erica Neequaye, and I’m the founder of Blooming Ladies Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young girls and women through mentorship, education, and support systems that nurture their growth into confident and capable leaders.

We are currently raising funds for a cause that’s very close to our hearts, our Menstrual Education and Pad Distribution Project, taking place on June 5th, 2025.

Across many communities in Ghana, young girls are missing school and facing emotional distress simply because they lack access to menstrual hygiene products and the education to manage their cycles safely and confidently. This initiative aims to change that.

With your support, we will:

Provide free sanitary pads to girls in underserved areas

Host menstrual hygiene education sessions to promote confidence, health, and dignity

Create a safe space to discuss and break the stigma surrounding menstruation
