We will love to invite you to join our 30-Day FGM Awareness Challenge! As you are aware that there is a 30-million increase in number of FGM cases globally (March 2024 unicef data or report -latest release). This initiative aims to raise awareness about Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and support victims/survivors in accessing psycho-therapy support for better lives.

Challenge Details:

- Participate in a 30-day impact challenge, completing one task daily from our list of 10:

1. Morning exercise routine

2. Daily gratitude challenge (3 things you're grateful for)

3. Reading challenge (min. 3 books, with reviews)

4. Learn a new skill

5. Random act of kindness

6. Mentor someone

7. Sport activity: Walking, Running, Cycling, swimming etc

8. Support a social cause, join a community group, clean community spaces,pick up litters etc

9. Listen to someone in need

10. Use public transport instead of driving.

- Record a 1-2min video in our branded T-shirt, sharing your experience, and upload it to WhatsApp/social media, tagging our organization.

Our Goal:

Through this challenge, we hope to not only raise awareness about FGM but also help participants cultivate positive habits that become a part of their lives. As the saying goes, "Whatever you do for 30 days becomes a part of you."
