Empower Disenfranchised Youth Through Film

My name is Janice Carlberg and we are creating a short film using our inclusive business model. We give opportunities for disenfranchised groups (youth who are indigenous, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and/or youth with disabilities) to work within our cast and professional crew. This gives them job experience and often changes their lives through the magic of inclusion.
