Everyone knows someone affected by cancer.

This year, I'm honored for the opportunity to support Radiating Hope's mission to expand access to radiation oncology equipment and training in developing countries, by taking part in a charity climb in the Alps.

I chose a career in radiation therapy to serve those in need and to be part of the hope that cancer treatment can bring. Radiating Hope’s mission speaks to that purpose and reminds us that, regardless of our role, we are all connected by the same goal of caring for those who need it most.

I'll be carrying dedicated Tibetan prayer flags on this climb- symbols of hope, strength, and healing for cancer patients. Tibetan Prayer Flags have long been used to send prayers of well-being and protection.
