The Emancipated Peoples' Proposal is a multi-entity, community-led initiative designed to provide cultural healing, leadership development, financial access, community investment, and permanent housing stability for the culturally and historically disenfranchised Black American community.
The ecosystem is composed of four legally independent, mission-aligned entities: A Nonprofit, a Credit Union, a Community Development Fund (LLC) and a Community Land Trust.
Together, these entities create a closed-loop system of empowerment, building community capacity, wealth, and autonomy.

HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER
Each organization is legally independent — but ethically aligned.
The nonprofit provides racial healing, cultural education, and leadership development
The credit union provides ethical financial services
The investment fund builds community wealth and institutions
The land trust protects land and housing for future generations
Together, they create a closed loop of empowerment:
Healing → Leadership → Economic Access → Investment → Housing Stability → Community Power
