Hi, my name is Antony, and I am a young autistic adult with a passion for cooking. Cooking is how I express myself and connect with others. Sometimes speaking is hard for me, but food helps me communicate in a way that feels natural and real. When I cook, I feel confident. I feel understood.
I have a dream:
To build a small food trailer where I can work, grow, and share my flavors with the community.
This won’t just be a business. It will be a place where I can learn job skills, earn my own income, and interact with people in a way that’s comfortable for me. I also want this trailer to become a welcoming space for others who think differently — a place where neurodiversity is celebrated, not judged.
I call this dream A Neuro Spicy — because my brain has its own flavor, pace, and way of experiencing the world. And that’s something I’m proud of.
To make this project real, I need help with:
- Permits and licensing
- Initial supplies
- Purchasing the trailer
- Equipment and setup
My family is supporting me, but the start-up costs are more than we can manage alone. That’s why I am asking for your support.
Your donation — no matter the size — will directly help me:
- Build the trailer
- Start working
- Gain independence
- Create a space where others feel welcome, included, and valued
This trailer is more than food. It’s belonging. Confidence. Connection. It’s my chance to build my own path.
