Empower Alyssa Peña's Vision Trip for Change

Hola friends and family,

Alyssa Peña has been given an incredible opportunity—to serve on her first foreign mission trip to the Dominican Republic this month with Wildman Business Group and 2nd Mile Missions. She will also be traveling alongside her father and pastor, Samuel Peña.

Alyssa is raising $1,800 to cover her travel, lodging, meals, and ministry expenses.

On May 9th, Alyssa will graduate with her Associate’s Degree and Technical Certificates and begin her next step at Indiana University Bloomington, pursuing an interdisciplinary Bachelor’s in Media and Political Science. Her dream is to use her educational training and journalistic voice to fight sex trafficking & exploitation through creative media, advocacy, and truth.

Since high school, she has worked hard balancing full-time studies, multiple internships, and part-time jobs, while stewarding her gifts in worship, journalism, and leadership. She even funded her own vocal coaching to sharpen her vocal talent and has faithfully volunteered since 2018 in children’s and Spanish ministries at Warsaw Community Church.

This Vision Trip will allow Alyssa to:

• Witness the struggles faced by displaced and at-risk children

• Share love and serve young lives through 2nd Mile Missions

• Grow into her calling to advocate for justice and inspire lasting change
