Employee’s wife passed away leaving behind 3 kids

One of our highly respected employee’s (lead manager) experienced a tragic loss today. His wife, Tammy, suddenly passed from a massive heart attack....
She leaves behind her husband (our employee) Jose, and their three young children, one even a toddler. Jose is a resident of Tinley Park and has been for over 10 years. His children partake in Tinley Park Park District sports, activities, and school here.
If anyone knows Jose, he’s one of the most generous, loving, & genuine hard-working individuals you’ll ever meet. The first week he worked for my company he personally delivered me a home made meal to my home - he always expressed his gratitude and infectious energy to all those around him, even to myself as a boss.
He would and will always go above and behind for all of our co-workers, clients, friends, family, and even strangers. He’d be the guy who gives you his jacket when it’s cold out (he’s actually tried to do that for me before). Jose is the real deal and does everything he can to provide for his family. He’s consistently works 55 hours + every week - sometimes 70-80 - just so he can provide the best life he can for his family.
We please ask everyone for help, whether it’s $1 dollar, a hot meal, some clothes for his children, anything will be greatly appreciated. This money isn’t allocated for miscellaneous costs. It’s for proceeds for the funeral, ambulatory and medical services, his children’s immediate needs, an emergency fund so he doesn’t collapse losing an entire spouses income and assistance with life, and to make sure he can stabilize, feed, and support his children until he continues his journey alone with his young ones.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
