Most of you know our Em! She’s been a fighter since day one and we couldn’t be more proud of this girl! She was diagnosed with neuroblastoma when she was two years old and unfortunately, because of the side affects of her treatment for the cancer, she’s had multiple complications/health scares. One of these complications is kidney failure which is what Emma is facing now and has had to start dialysis. This has not been an easy journey for her and her body has not reacted well to the treatment. Unfortunately the last session gave us all a big scare and landed her in the ICU. She is strong, a fighter and is stable but it looks like a long road ahead for her and my sister Jen, who is her mama and primary caretaker. Jen has not left Emma’s side.
