Hi, my name is Emily and I am running a half- marathon in September in the name of my Grandad.

He got diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in winter 2024, and passed away early this year.

I witnessed the effect that dementia had on my family, and would love to do all I can to prevent others going through the same thing. Why not do what I love (and what he loved) to raise money, staying active.
