Help Emily Raise Funds for The Brain Tumour Charity
On the 27th April I am running The Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford Upon Avon in memory of my Mum, Lorraine, who we sadly lost to a brain tumour at the age of 35.
This is my first marathon, and want to do her proud, so I have been training since January (with the help of Runna), however the nerves are definitely starting to kick in as the event draws closer...
I would be incredibly grateful if you could support me in raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity who are committed to finding new treatments, offering the highest level of support and driving urgent change. Alongside this, they are campaigning to raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of a brain tumour to improve early diagnosis times.
Thank you in advance for your contribution, it really does mean a lot, and it is what will keep me going on the day!
I am currently putting together a playlist for the marathon, so any motivational song recommendations would be welcomed in the comments.
