Hello, my name is Tanika. I am a single mom raising two amazing 5-year-old boys with autism. Right now, my family is facing an overwhelming crisis, and I’m reaching out for help.

Recently, I broke my foot while taking care of my children on my own. My surgery is scheduled for next week, but I need to pay $3,500 upfront to proceed. On top of that, we are struggling with mounting bills—medical expenses, mortgage, utilities, and the ongoing costs of my children’s therapy.
