EMERGENCY ‼️ A FAMILY'S HOME LOST

My friend and mentor Amanda just had to suddenly leave the home she and her husband worked so hard to provide to their children, pets, and foster cats.

Their kids received packets on their status of insecure housing. The foster cats they were so passionate about caring for, not able to come with them.

Right now, and for the foreseeable future, this is their reality:

They need a safe space for their family - not for days but for months. They do NOT have family they can stay with.

❤️ and THEY NEED HELP, FAST. here is what I'm hoping to help secure for them with your support:

$2000 for immediate needs

$2000 for short term placement for her family (including young 3 kids)

$1000 for moving and storage of their belongings

($5000 goal)

Amanda is an amazing human - I tell her basically every day - she is a teacher, the founder of Head Start Animal Rescue, and a wonderful mom and colleague.

She has helped over 200 cats in Camden and Philly in the first year of her rescue. After experiencing loss and witnessing the realities of cat rescue, I came to Amanda to join her efforts and I have received nothing but love and support from her.

She is so generous with her time and love that I hope I can send in like kind energy her way.

The HSAR team is doing everything we can to find placement for her pets and fosters, but right now, we are over our heads in terms of trying to provide the help needed to get her family safely housed.
