Hi everyone,

I’m fundraising on behalf of my mom, who is in urgent need of support to avoid eviction and secure a new apartment. She lost her job back in April and has been doing Instacart to make ends meet, but at 60 years old and with health issues, it’s been very difficult for her to keep up. She’s borrowed as much as she can and is out of options.

Thankfully, she recently got hired for a new job that starts on November 14th. Once that begins, she’ll have steady income again, but right now she needs help covering the upfront costs of moving: two months of rent, a security deposit, and related expenses. Without this, she risks losing her housing before she even has the chance to get back on her feet.

I work full time and do what I can to help, but any contribution, no matter the size, will make a huge difference and give her the chance to move into safe, stable housing before her new job begins. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to us.
