RVA Weather Network began as a community-driven Facebook group, bringing together residents and local officials in Richmond, VA to share real-time weather reports and updates. Over time, our group has grown into a trusted source of information and support, especially during severe weather events and emergencies. We believe that by working together, we can help keep our neighbors safe and informed when it matters most.

Now, we’re launching this fundraiser to provide emergency relief for any natural disaster that impacts the Richmond area. All donations will be distributed to local organizations that are on the front lines, helping families and individuals recover from storms, floods, hurricanes, and other emergencies. While we’re still finalizing our list of partner organizations, our goal is to ensure that funds go directly to those who need it most—whether it’s for emergency supplies, shelter, food, or other critical needs.
