A Humanitarian Appeal to Support Displaced Families in Crisis

Every day, hundreds of men, women, and children are being forcibly deported from Iran back to Afghanistan. Many of these individuals originally fled Afghanistan to escape war, persecution, and economic collapse. Now, they are being returned to a country that remains deeply unstable—without homes, without resources, and without support.

These deportations are happening at an alarming rate. Families are being torn apart. Children are arriving with no access to food, clean water, or medical care. Women and elderly individuals are left vulnerable in unfamiliar and often hostile environments. Many of those affected belong to marginalized ethnic and religious communities, including the Hazara, who face additional risks of discrimination and violence.

What We’re Doing

We are launching this urgent fundraising campaign to provide immediate, life-saving assistance to those being deported. The funds raised will be used to support Afghan returnees during their most vulnerable moments—right as they cross the border and begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.

How the funds will be used:

• Emergency shelter for families with nowhere to go

• Food and clean drinking water for malnourished children and adults

• Basic medical care and hygiene supplies to prevent illness and disease

• Clothing and blankets for those arriving with nothing

• Transportation assistance to help families reach safer areas or reunite with loved ones

All funds raised will be securely transferred to Afghanistan via Western Union, where they will be distributed through trusted local partners and volunteers. These partners are already on the ground, working tirelessly to identify the most urgent needs and deliver aid directly to those affected.
