My niece has had to have emergency surgery and is going to have to have an early cesarean section surgery to give birth to her daughter. Unfortunately, she and her husband have missed work, and bills have piled up. She has two toddler sons as well, and we as a family have been helping as best we can; however, it's just still not enough.
