Urgent evacuate: the war destroyed our life again

"In the heart of Gaza, I, Mohammed Jasim Hajji, a resilient 26-year-old provider, navigate the trials of war and displacement daily. My story, marked by love, sacrifice, and unwavering determination, revolves around my beloved family members, each facing their own challenges amidst the chaos.

My world revolves around my wife, Duaa Ashour, and our newborn daughter, Hoor, whose arrival has brought both joy and new challenges to our lives. Ensuring a suitable environment for them has become increasingly daunting.

It has been nine months since I first shared our story, and our situation has evolved. Currently, it is no longer possible for us to leave Gaza due to the ongoing circumstances. Therefore, we have adjusted our campaign goals.

Our primary goal now is to secure our basic needs: clean drinking water, food, clothing, and essential medications. The prices for these necessities have skyrocketed due to severe shortages.

Moreover, with the birth of our daughter, Hoor, we are struggling immensely to provide for her needs, including clothes, milk, and diapers, as well as postnatal care items for my wife. These are extremely costly, and we are in desperate need of your support.

Our secondary goal, which we hope to achieve in the future, is to raise $60,000 to cover all expenses related to traveling abroad when it becomes possible. This amount will cover passport fees, border crossing fees, temporary accommodations, and flights from Egypt.

In addition to these challenges, my father, Jasim Hajji, suffers from chronic illnesses including high blood pressure, diabetes, and severe dizziness, making life in these conditions exceedingly difficult. His health has significantly deteriorated due to malnutrition and harsh living conditions, leading to a critical hospitalization.

My mother, Rawiya Hajji, also grapples with health issues, adding to our burdens. My sisters, Arwa and Rahef, each face their own struggles, and my younger brother, Abdul Rahman, who is 25 years old, relies on my strength and guidance.

The repeated wars have devastated my father's livelihood twice. He used to work in poultry farming, but the cumulative damages from these conflicts exceed $800,000 USD.

During the recent conflict, and after we launched our donation campaign, both my home and my father's home were destroyed. Rebuilding each home will cost more than $60,000. This has added an unimaginable strain to our already dire situation. (More details in the updates section.)

Financial Goal Given these challenges, we have estimated the total amount we need to raise to be $210,000. This amount will cover:

Rebuilding my home: $60,000
Rebuilding my father's home: $60,000
Future travel expenses: $60,000
Urgent basic needs: $30,000
We are reaching out for your help in these dire circumstances. Your support will give us the hope and opportunity to provide for our essential needs and care for our newborn daughter. This is a chance for anyone who wishes to help us and a child born into one of the worst imaginable conditions.

Thank you for your generosity and compassion.
