On behalf of Pickering Afghan Association we are collecting emergency aid funds for those affected by the earthquakes as well as displaced Afghans within the boarders of Afghanistan.

From Aug 31st until September 4th 2025, a total of 3 earthquakes have been reported with the last earthquake being a magnitude of M 6.0 - 37 km WSW of Asadābād, Afghanistan. Current death toll of 2,200, with more than double injured.

With residents living in tents and aid being scarce we are gathering funds to assist in any way possible.

We will be gathering tents, food and first aid for the people effected by the earthquake through our founding members of Pickering Afghan Association that are in Afghanistan. They will be working with Niyyat Foundation to make this happen.
