Message from the Rossi Family:
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Kyle Rossi, who left us on Thursday, December 19th, 2024, at RHV, surrounded by his loving wife Jessica, his sister-in-law Amber, his father Jim, his mother-in-law Margie, his father-in-law Ritch, and close friends.
Kyle was a devoted husband, father, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around him. He leaves behind his beloved wife Jessica and their two young sons, Hayden (7) and Nolan (3). The boys have shown incredible strength, despite the challenges of watching their dad bravely undergo chemotherapy. Now, as they face this unimaginable loss, our focus is on bringing as much stability and joy as possible to their lives through the activities they love—hockey, tractors, arts, and crafts.
The Rossi family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support you’ve provided over the past year. Your kindness allowed Jessica to dedicate herself to Kyle and their family during his treatments, offering strength in a time of great need.
Sadly, Kyle’s condition took a sudden turn after he was rapidly diagnosed with a blood infection, making his final days both traumatic and heart-wrenching.
As we begin to navigate this new reality without Kyle, we ask for your continued love and support. Your compassion and understanding mean the world to us as we strive to honour Kyle’s memory and provide the boys with the nurturing care they need during this difficult time.
Thank you for standing by our side.
With love and gratitude,
The Rossi Family

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
We would appreciate your help.
We are reaching out to you with a heavy heart as we share some devastating news. Kyle Rossi, devoted husband and loving father, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
ALL is a type of cancer that attacks the blood and bone marrow and progresses very quickly without treatment. As you can imagine, Kyle, his wife Jessica, and their two sons Hayden (6) and Nolan (2) are beyond devastated by this sudden and shocking diagnosis.
Due to the aggressive nature of this cancer, Kyle will be admitted to Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto for the next 4-6 weeks, as he will undergo intense and aggressive chemotherapy, as well as other medical procedures. Following the initial induction chemotherapy, it could be another 2 years of treatment. As a result of his cancer, and the condition of his immune system, Kyle will be unable to see his boys during this admission. Kyle will not be able to work for the foreseeable future, which as you can imagine has made an incredibly heartbreaking situation even more stressful.
Despite everything that is happening right now, Kyle’s biggest fear is not his diagnosis or disease, but not being around to take care of his pride and joy, his world, his beautiful family. Over the next few days, weeks, and months, the Rossi family's world will be changing. One of the most challenging changes will be that Kyle will not always be able to do one of his favourite things in the world, his nighttime routine with the boys. Hayden “Buddy” and Nolan “Noly” will miss this quality time with their Dad, but we will all do our part to help ensure Hayden and Nolan know how loved they are, and how loved their family is.
Kyle loves the outdoors - dirt biking, atving, playing hockey with the kids, enjoying time with family and friends, hanging outside around the bonfire, and traveling. It is our hope that Kyle will be able to enjoy all of life's pleasures as soon as possible.
Kyle and his family are facing an uphill battle and they will need everyone's well wishes, positive thoughts, and support during his treatments.
With Kyle and Jessica focusing on Kyle’s health and providing some sense of “normalcy” for the boys, there will be some gaps in the family's finances.
We are humbly asking for your support in easing the financial burden placed on the Rossi family, during what will no doubt be the hardest thing they will ever have to face.
Groceries, children's activities, mortgage payments, and utility bills are not what this beautiful family should be worried about right now. Instead, their energy needs to be focused on Kyle’s recovery, Kyle's journey to complete remission, and getting home to his family.
Any donation helps- no matter how big or small- and we thank you in advance for your generosity, love, and support.
If you're unable to donate financially, we would greatly appreciate you sharing this GoFundMe on your social media page. Your social sharing will make a world of difference.
We hope this fundraiser helps to lessen the burden on the Rossi family during this horrific, life-changing, and devastating time. Sincerely, thank you for reading and sharing our request, thank you for your support
