Now that the City has confirmed what we already knew, that we are a most extraordinary neighborhood block party, it's time to raise our budget for the 12th Annual Elsie Street extravaganza taking place this year on Saturday, Sept. 22.  The average household donation last year was $58 and enabled us to pay for street closure, bouncy house, Bhangra dancers, live band, bbq food. We continue to be a highly professional but totally volunteer operation.  Big thanks, Julia and Michael
