We hope you're excited for this year's Elm Park Street Party coming up on Sunday 22 June from 14.00-19.00!
The party will feature a live band, DJ, dog show, street games, cake competition, tug of war and more! Everyone is invited to the party which is designed to be a fun and memorable afternoon for our Elm Park community.
Every year the party has a few costs to make it possible. So we are asking for a few donations to cover the costs, totalling around £500. This includes:
- Rental of road closure barriers from Lambeth council (£100)
- Public liability insurance (£100)
- Chicken for Cat's famous jerk chicken bbq (£150)
- Other miscellaneous costs such as printing and laminating posters, hiring face painter, games hire, food/drink for the band
If you are able, we would really appreciate any donations to make this possible! All donations will go into the running of the party. Any donations received which go over the funding target will be used for the party or kept for next year.
