The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership is a non-profit organization based in Collin County that specializes in the leadership of young men and women (teens) through Core 4 Programs: Mentoring, Academics, Athletics and Community Service. 

A.E.Y.L. has acquired facilities for the use of leadership sessions to build character, academic encouragment through tutoring and fitness workouts to enhance teamwork.
